As a mother of two young children and a resident of Clarksburg Maryland, i was deeply moved and saddened to hear the news about this young kid. I felt compelled to do something and not just feel sad. This is my attempt at doing something but hopefully I will be able to volunteer my time to do something positive for William's family and others like him.
